Platform Rules
By using the platform you accept the following rules.
- Your name and phone number are used for match organization.
- Membership data is not used outside club management and tournament organization.
- Players in the same tournament can view each other's name and contact information.
- You must mark your available times in your profile to participate in tournaments.
- Participation in a tournament is finalized after club administrators approve the request following the ITN level survey; club membership is verified.
- The health questionnaire (PAR-Q) is mandatory for sports activity; sports are not allowed if blocked.
- Match results are applied to the pyramid ranking after admin approval.
- Entering a match result is the winner's responsibility; its approval is the responsibility of your club's administrators.
- If you entered a result incorrectly, you can cancel your pending match entry in that tournament and re-enter it.
- Fair play: accepted challenges are played on time; players who do not play or reject challenges may be moved to the end of the pyramid by club administrators.
- Account security: protecting your password and phone information is your responsibility.
- Conduct: disrespectful/inappropriate behavior and spam are not tolerated; admins may suspend accounts.
- Technical issues: in case of system errors or access problems, contact an admin.
- Season independence: each tournament has its own pyramid and records; actions in one season do not affect others.
